Our Story

I know firsthand what it feels like to question your body and doubt yourself through the twists and turns of perimenopause and beyond.


For most of my 40s, I had no idea that the frustrating changes I was experiencing were tied to shifting hormones. Sleepless nights, anxiety, irritability, brain fog, and a sudden loss of joy—all of it seemed like a mystery.


And don't even get me started on the roller coaster of energy highs and lows, those stubborn aches and pains, and the way my confidence seemed to dip when I needed it most.


Like many women, I’d only heard about hot flashes and the end of your period (yay!), but I wasn’t prepared for the full picture. I didn't realize that things like back pain, stiff joints, swelling, mood swings, or just feeling "off" could all be connected.


It took me years to piece it together—years of wondering what was "wrong" with me. Then one day, it finally clicked.
